Ce fut le cas dans le canton de Sutton et ses hameaux qui, depuis deux si\u00e8cles, partagent une fronti\u00e8re commune avec le Vermont \u00e0 peine identifi\u00e9e, parfois par une toute petite borne au milieu d\u2019un paysage grandiose.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019exposition illustre les multiples facettes de cet \u00ab effet fronti\u00e8re \u00bb \u00e0 l\u2019aide de documents d\u2019archives vid\u00e9os et textuels, de t\u00e9moignages audios et vid\u00e9os; elle met en \u00e9vidence la sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9 des villages frontaliers, l\u2019impact social, \u00e9conomique, culturel qu\u2019une telle proximit\u00e9 a cr\u00e9\u00e9 au fil des ans et le rapport \u00e0 la fronti\u00e8re des r\u00e9sidents de Sutton de part et d\u2019autre de cette barri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La fronti\u00e8re fa\u00e7onne la personnalit\u00e9 des communaut\u00e9s qui la bordent.
