Congratulatory letter from the Yodogawa Christian Hospital

This letter was sent to Dr. Marion Powell from the Yodogawa Christian Hospital in Japan congratulating her on being appointed to the Order of Canada.
The letter reads:
“Dear Dr. Powell,
Recently I have received a copy of an article about you from “The Presbyterian Record”, September 1991! I want to join many in sending congratulations to you for the award you received with the appointment to the Order of Canada.
I’m sure that your friends in Japan also will be happy to learn of such a high honor having been conferred on you by the Government of Canada. Please accept hearty congratulations and very best wishes.
