Dr. Marion Powell was appointed to the three-person Committee on the Operation of the Abortion Law by the Privy Council of the Government of Canada. The Committee was asked to determine if Canada’s abortion law was working properly and equitably for all women.
This questionnaire was given to a selection of doctors in Canada. Some of the questions relate to their interpretation of the current abortion law and their opinion on abortion as a human right.
